The Role
Were looking for a driven early-career generalist whos ready to grow with us. This is not a typical admin role youll work closely with the founders helping run and shape Riverkins daily operations while building the foundation for scale. Youll learn how to run a company from the inside and gain exposure to strategy finance and execution across all fronts.
Tasks
What Youll Do
- Support grant writing pitch decks and investor materials
- Prepare and coordinate social media strategy (LinkedIn newsletters)
- Manage scheduling logistics and HR administration
- Track expenses invoices and budgets with our CFO
- Help organize client and partner data in our CRMDesigning and implementing scalable frameworks for HR finance and admin
Requirements
You Are
- Organized proactive and good at turning chaos into clarity
- Curious adaptable and eager to take ownership
- Interested in how technology data and sustainability intersect
- Fluent in English (German a plus)
- Comfortable with Google Workspace Excel and LinkedIn
- Bonus: experience with Wix Notion or Mailchimp
