Location: Bradford MA 01835
Employment Type: PRN
Pay Rate: $54 - $58/hr; (Negotiable based on experience)
Shift: Evening Shift 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM
Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team on a PRN basis. The RN will provide high-quality clinical care to residents ensure adherence to care plans and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to promote patient well-being and recovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies procedures and care standards.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor record and report resident symptoms or changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in resident medical records.
- Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols safety guidelines and state/federal regulations.
- Participate in shift hand-offs care planning and quality improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Associate or Bachelor s degree).
- Licensure: Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
- Certification: Current BLS/CPR certification required.
- Strong clinical assessment communication and organizational skills.
