Tasks
Core Consultant Responsibilities

- Cultivate a Learning Network: Implement authentic outreach strategies to attract individuals who prioritize growth skill acquisition and career development.

Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile
- L&D Experience: Minimum 3 years in corporate training executive coaching education or an L&D-focused role.
- Instructional Excellence: Exceptional ability to articulate complex learning concepts and lead virtual coaching sessions with clarity and influence.
- High Autonomy: Proven capacity to manage an independent training schedule drive results and thrive in a remote environment.
- Growth Mindset: A personal demonstrable passion for continuous learning and embracing new personal development frameworks.
- Digital Fluency: Comfortable leveraging modern digital platforms to deliver and track client learning progress
