Responsibilities:
- Act as the lead SME for SAP GTS solutions guiding the full project lifecycle including requirement analysis solution design configuration and deployment.
- Design and implement SAP GTS Compliance Management modules including:
- Sanctioned Party List (SPL) Screening
- Embargo Checks
- Legal Control
- Deliver SAP GTS Customs Management functionality:
- Export/Import Declarations
- Special Customs Procedures (AES ATLAS)
- FTZ (Foreign Trade Zone) IPR (Inward Processing Relief) OPR (Outward Processing Relief) Customs Warehouse
- Implement SAP GTS Preference Management including:
- Preference Determination
- Free Trade Agreements (FTA)
- Long-Term Vendor Declarations (LTVDs CLTVDs)
- Regional Value Content (RVC) Calculation
- Manage HS/Product Classification activities and integration with ERP systems (S/4 HANA or ECC).
- Utilize and integrate middleware tools such as Seeburger CPI and EDI for trade document processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead client workshops training and solution presentations.
- Contribute to proposal development internal capability building and pre-sales activities.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
- At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology with a focus on SAP GTS.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience with SAP GTS including hands-on configuration and business process consulting.
- Strong experience with SAP GTS E4H S/4 HANA or ECC integration.
- In-depth knowledge of global trade compliance processes and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience in working with middleware tools (Seeburger CPI EDI).
- Proven experience with end-to-end GTS implementations and upgrades.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
