Summary:
Responsible for testing Point of Sale (POS) systems to ensure functionality reliability and performance across retail environments.

Works closely with development and business teams to validate software updates integrations and hardware compatibility.

Skills Required:

Experience in POS systems testing (e.g. Oracle NCR Verifone).
Knowledge of retail workflows and payment gateways.
Familiarity with test tools like Jira TestRail or similar.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute manual and automated test cases for POS applications.
Validate transactions payment processing and peripheral device integration (e.g. scanners printers).
Identify document and track defects using test management tools.
Collaborate with developers and QA leads to resolve issues.
Perform regression functional and system testing in retail-like environments.
