L&D Clinical Supervisor Position - day shift 3 x 12s
Please ONLY submit candidates that have supervisor experience and are able to start in September with minimal RTO. Holiday coverage needed.
Requirements:
BLS & ACLS Required
NRP - Required
AWHONN - Intermediate electronic fetal monitoring - Required
Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state/district - Required
L&D Experience - Required: 2 Years
Supervisor Experience - Required
Cerner Experience Required
Provides shift to shift oversight for clinical practice staffing patient flow safety service and utilization of resources for daily operations. Maintains the environment of care
Provides care to patients in a competent capable caring and efficient manner. Care provided is appropriate to the age of the patients served.
Role models organizational values.
Leads/participates in dept process improvement to improve project outcomes
Facilitates employee engagement activities including professional/shared governance participation
