JOB TITLE: Inspector Solder - 2nd Shift
LOCATION: Clearwater FL
PAY RATE: $26-28/hour

Summary:

Visually inspect solder and conformal coating on circuit card assemblies per IPC-A-610 and IPC-J-STD-001 requirements.
Follow predetermined inspection methods operations and prescribed specifications.
Review and interpret instructions drawings inspection checklists and reference documents.
Use measuring tools such as dial indicators micrometers and scales to verify conformance.
Ensure all inspections meet manufacturing and industry quality standards.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum 2 years of experience inspecting solder connections on surface mount and plated-through-hole components.
Experience inspecting conformal coating of PWBs per IPC-A-610 and IPC-J-STD-001.
Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
Ability to interpret drawings diagrams parts lists IPC manuals revision control and work instructions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Proficient in using personal computers.
Ability to communicate professionally and diplomatically when addressing quality defects.
Ability to Read Engineering Drawings - 2 4 years
Documentation Skills - 1 2 years
IPC-Ayears
IPC-J-STD - 2 4 years
Measuring - 2 4 years
Visual Inspection - 2 4 years
Team Player
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
