Job Summary

Required Experience Skills and Qualifications:

7 years experience in administering Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops / Citrix DaaS and/or Azure Virtual Desktop.
7 years experience in networking fundamentals: TCP/IP subnets/VLANs DNS load balancing plus hands on with ACLs and firewall rule management.
7 years of proficiency with PowerShell and familiarity with infrastructure as code concepts.
7 years experience with monitoring and troubleshooting across Citrix/AVD Windows Server and network layers.
7 years experience in ability to write clear technical documentation and operate within TxDOT change and incident management processes.
7 years experience in administering Windows Server in enterprise environments (AD GPO DNS/DHCP file/print patching/updates).

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

4 Years experience with Azure network security public sector security frameworks (e.g. NIST 800 53) and CIS hardening benchmarks.
4 Years with Citrix CCA V / CCP V / CCE V; Microsoft AZ 104 AZ 140; ITIL Foundation; CompTIA Network/Security certification(s) are a plus
