Job Summary

About the Opportunity
This role entails driving new-business pipelines through targeted outbound outreach appointment setting and relationship-building to convert online and legacy leads into property listings and buyer consultations. This is an on-site role based in Charlotte NC focused on high-volume outbound calling and pipeline conversion.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Proactively make high-volume outbound calls to inbound and purchased lead lists to qualify prospects and schedule property consultations or listing appointments.
  • Conduct targeted lead qualification using scripted discovery questions to identify seller/buyer readiness timeline and motivation.
  • Book and confirm appointments directly into agent calendars; hand off warm leads with clear notes and nextstep instructions.
  • Update and maintain accurate lead records in CRM log call outcomes and tag leads by priority and source for ongoing nurture campaigns.
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to refine call scripts objection-handling techniques and conversion tactics to improve appointment rate and lead velocity.
  • Adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g. DO NOT CALL/TCPA rules) internal quality standards and performance KPIs.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Proven track record in outbound sales or inside sales preferably in residential real estate or mortgage/proptech lead conversion.
  • Comfortable working on-site in the U.S.; must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Strong phone presence ability to follow scripts and willingness to iterate based on coaching and metrics.
