Job Overview
Dahl Memorial Healthcare a 25-bed critical access hospital is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our compassionate healthcare team. Experience with Thrive EMR medical documentation and assisting in specialized procedures in a critical access setting is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive direct patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians/providers.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs symptoms and progress.
- Assist in medical procedures.
- Maintain accurate detailed medical records using Thrive EMR.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver holistic patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management treatment plans and preventive care.
Experience
- Valid RN license in the state of Montana or able to obtain license.
- New grads welcome to apply!
- Proficiency in Thrive EMR or similar electronic health record systems preferred
- Strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment managing multiple tasks effectively.
