Mission Details

• Client: Airbus

• Location: Toulouse

• Remote: 1–3 days per week possible

• Start: ASAP (but open to candidates available in up to 3 months)

• Duration: Long-term

• Language: French mandatory English B2 minimum

• Budget: €350–500/day depending on experience (2–7 years range open for more)

Mission Objectives

The consultants will strengthen Airbus’ Quality Management System (QMS) by supporting the pilotage des processus across various departments.

They will ensure process maturity compliance documentation quality and audit readiness in line with EN9100 ISO9001 and EASA requirements.

Main Responsibilities

• Support Process Owners (PQM POD PO) in driving operational excellence

• Prepare and lead process steering meetings and ensure proper follow-up

• Manage QMS documentation (SOPs specifications Visio flows BMS updates)

• Track and update KPIs risk analyses CAPA and Change Controls

• Perform process maturity assessments and ensure adherence on the field

• Prepare and support internal/external audits (ISO9001 / EN9100 / EASA)

• Contribute to continuous improvement and change management initiatives

• Coordinate communication between production quality and digital teams

Ideal Profile

• Experience: 2–7 years in Quality / Process / QMS within Airbus or Airbus ecosystem

• Mandatory:

• Hands-on experience with BMS (Business Management System)

• Direct work with PQM / POD / PO

• Experience in process governance or process improvement

• Preferred background:

• Engineering or Quality degree (Bac5 or Bac2/3 with strong experience)

• Knowledge of EN9100 / ISO9001 / ISO14001 / EASA

• Experience with Airbus Business Processes (ABP)

• Tools: Visio PowerPoint Excel SharePoint BMS environment
