Requirements
- Minnesota Veterinary License - active and in good standing
- Teamwork mentality and open to collaboration

- A year long program for Hospital Leadership or people who desire leadership in the future
- Starts by visiting the home office in for a few days where you would be involved in training
- Weekly meetings for your personal development
- Main focus is soft skills leadership communication management styles how to lead effective meetings retention skills financial aspects like how to read a P&L and business focused-GREAT invaluable information that would stick with you.
- For a leader that you would want for instance is it someone who can read a P&L statement or someone who can read a P&L statement AND lead in a healthy and positive way that has the well rounded soft skills that are so pertinent in todays environment

Required Skills:
Doctor of Veterinary degree or equivalent from an accredited university Active Veterinary State License (preferred)
