Position Overview

We are hiring a skilledSub Arc Welderto support the manufacturing of components for the natural gas industry. TheSub Arc Welderwill perform high-quality welds that ensure the integrity of critical systems. This role requires a strong background in welding processes attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Performsub arc weldingand hand welding on critical components.
Read and interpret blueprints and welding prints.
Operate welding and cutting equipment including flame cutters plasma cutters and carbon arc tools.
Execute wire and stick welding flame cutting fitting and fabricating tasks.
Lay out guidelines or mark on metal parts as needed.
Ensure all welds meet100% X-ray standardsand pass NDT inspection.
Maintain productivity punctuality and dependability on the shop floor.

Qualifications

Ability to pass a1G Subarc test.
Knowledge ofcarbon arc 2G MIG Fluxcore and/or 2G Stick tests.
Proficient in reading blueprints and technical documents.
Proven experience in both hand welding and sub arc welding.
Strong understanding of welding and cutting equipment.
Dependable work ethic with a commitment to safety and productivity.

Requirements

Must pass adrug screenand background check.
