Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately handling cash credit card payments and other payment methods
Provide exceptional customer service responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
Maintain a high level of numerical accuracy with cash handling ensuring that all transactions are processed correctly and efficiently
Manage inventory levels monitoring stock and reporting any discrepancies to management
Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to company standards and procedures
Work effectively as part of a team supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive work environment
Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

Requirements:

0-1 year of retail experience preferably in a cashier or customer service role
Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to handle cash and process transactions efficiently
Previous experience with cash handling and inventory management is highly desirable
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
Availability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems are an advantage
