Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Delivery Lead / Scrum Master having 5- 7 Yrs Experience and find the JD and JS below
Typical activities that would be expected are
- Deliver as per the scope provided by the delivery leads/onsite managers
- Active staff the team anticipate capacity needs and plan and work across cross functional teams of the organization.
- Act as a single point of contact for our customers for their milestones/scrum tasks
- Understand and propose relevant solutions/improvements for the customer engagement
- Actively participate in the discussions/scrum meetings to comprehend and understand your scope of work and deliver as per the estimates/commitments of the team
- Proactively reach out to others when you need assistance
- Manage a set of team member in understanding their estimates monitoring their quality of work and ensuring as a team you meet the project deadlines
- Actively guide the team members and up skill them
- Assign KRAs monitor and evaluate team members job performance
Requirements
- Lead and manage the end-to-end software delivery process ensuring projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Utilize expertise in various PLG stacks to provide guidance and support to development teams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies & rituals - conduct daily stand-ups sprint planning retrospectives and reviews ensuring they are efficient and valuable
- Continuously improving the process to ensure better quality faster delivery and effective working mode
- Ensure that agile principles and best practices are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively identify risks and issues and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Track and report on project progress milestones and deliverables to stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and enhance team productivity.
Demonstrated ability to lead technically and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities and requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical challenges effectively
Should be a strong technical solution provider and handled complex project deliveries
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
Technical Requirements
Mandatory from a technical background with atleast one project with skills PLGJ Stack (promtaillokigrafanaJaegar)
Basic understanding of functional testing API testing Performance testing and Automation testing
Basic understanding of Data Engineer GenAI security IDM azure ARR architecture
Basic understanding of PRD Design documentation technical documentation SQA Activities
- Lead by example by actively participating in coding and design when necessary.
- Assist and lead in estimations of tasks in a realistic manner
- Mentor junior developers guiding them on problem-solving approaches and best practices.
- Ensure coding standards performance optimization and deployment processes are adhered to.
- Take ownership of projects managing delivery timelines risks and scope with support from senior leadership.
- Translate client requirements into actionable technical tasks for the development team.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to provide project updates and insights.
- Be able to explain progress roadblocks roadmap and sprint goals
- Manage and help project workflows using Scrum (with help from Scrum Master)
- Facilitate sprint planning reviews and retrospectives (with help from Scrum Master)

Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in Javascript Spring Boot micro-services JPA and JPQL Strong design development and performance tuning skills on databases such as DB2 or any other RDBS. Experienced in technology stack selection and the definition of solution technology and integration architectures for mid to large sized applications and cloud hosted platforms Strong understanding of various design and architecture patterns. Must have worked on desktop application development. Exposure to debugging and troubleshooting complex issues related to memory management multi-threaded applications custom messaging systems etc. Experience of implementing and governing software engineering processes practices tools and standards for development teams(such as clean code concepts) Full SDLC experience leveraging Agile TDD and BDD for building and rolling out highly transactional and highly available platforms hosted on-premise and on the cloud Proficient in effort estimation techniques; will actively support Leads and scrum masters on planning the implementation and will work with test leads on the definition of an appropriate test strategy for the realization of a quality solution Must be hands on technology and able to troubleshoot critical issues in design or code Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines DevOps practices and version control systems like Git. Understanding of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Proven experience leading and managing software development teams. Strong project management abilities including planning tracking and delivering on time. Experience in stakeholder communication and reporting project status to senior management.
