We are seeking a skilled and proactive Application Developer with hands-on experience in MERN stack and modern web technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining applications aligned with industry and internal quality standards. This role involves building scalable and secure web applications managing databases efficiently and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities
Work as an integral part of the development team to implement and maintain applications in compliance with internal and industry standards.
Conduct thorough analysis and design of software applications for operating systems cloud infrastructure and web/mobile platforms.
Develop dynamic modular and production-grade web applications using MERN Stack .NET or JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS.
Create functional prototypes and perform end-to-end coding based on technical specifications.
Design and manage databases effectively; identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.
Validate and test software implementations to ensure alignment with functional and project requirements.
Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to understand needs communicate progress and deliver solutions effectively.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development (MongoDB React ).
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and AngularJS.
Proven experience in database design and SQL.
Working knowledge of Python is a plus.
Strong analytical debugging and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
