We are a very large and well-established Forex group with international offices and strong global market presence. We are expanding our training capabilities in Israel and are looking for a professional and passionate Conversion Trainer to join our growing team.

Role Overview

As a Conversion Trainer you will be responsible for developing training and coaching new Conversion Agents who join our company. You will ensure they receive the right product knowledge sales techniques and compliance standards from day one to confidently and successfully perform in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Deliver structured sales and conversion training programs for new agents
Train employees with little to no prior Forex or sales experience
Conduct ongoing coaching sessions workshops and performance refreshers
Provide agents with deep understanding of the financial markets products and CRM systems
Monitor progress through testing KPIs and feedback sessions
Work closely with Conversion Managers and HR to ensure training alignment
Update training materials to match market trends and regulatory changes
Identify performance gaps and implement improvement strategies
Ensure all trainees meet company compliance requirements

Requirements

Proven experience as a Conversion Trainer within a Forex company mandatory
Strong knowledge of Forex products platforms and sales cycles
Ability to motivate and support new hires of all backgrounds
Excellent communication and presentation skills
High level of organization leadership and coaching ability
Fully fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
