Management of L2 Resellers technical requests using telephone and written communication

Requirements
IEK / TEI / AEI graduate
1-3 years of experience working in a relevant position.
Very good Knowledge & Use of Greek and English language oral and written.
Desired knowledge
Asterisk based IP-PBX Installation & Administration
Alcatel Lucent PBX & Networking Installation & Administration
Network Routing & Firewall Configuration & Administration
Experience in the operation and management of telephone networks
IP routing & switching technologies Main routing protocols
Experience in PBX VoIP and IP telephony
Desired certifications in telephony systems
GCS GCP Certifications

Sharpness and quick understanding
Ability to communicate by telephone
