Job Summary
Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Birmingham UK
Work Regime: Full-time & On-site
Overview / Summary:
We are looking for a Site Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Project analysis and the development of technical solutions;
- Preparation of manufacturing and assembly methodologies;
- Planning and controlling construction costs;
- Managing and monitoring assembly on site;
- Managing subcontractors;
- Managing on-site work with the client;
- Ensuring contractual fulfilment project planning and quality;
- Temporary works coordination (advantage point);
- Producing and briefing documentation such as method statements risk assessments H&S and quality plans;
- Conducting regular inspections (safety quality ITP) and follow up on corrective actions;
- Leading by example promoting best practices in safety quality and environmental performance.
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements:
- Degree or Masters in Civil Engineering;
- At least 3 years professional experience in a similar role;
- Knowledge of MSProject Excel and Autocad;
- Proficiency in English;
- Proficiency in Portuguese (advantage point);
- Leadership and time management skills;
- Capacity for initiative and sense of responsibility;
- Organizational and planning skills;
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
