Job Summary

We are looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join the Belper office of a well-respected East Midlands practice serving clients for over 130 years.

What youll be doing:

Advise clients on all aspects of residential sales and purchases from instruction to completion including new builds leasehold and shared ownership matters lease extensions Right to Buy SDLT and HMLR requisitions.
Conduct title searches prepare legal documents and manage post-completion processes.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and external contacts.
Promote the firms positive image and assist with marketing training and business development activities.
Effectively use case management billing and financial systems.
Supervise and support junior or administrative staff including recruitment and training where required.
Work flexibly to complete tasks support colleagues and uphold confidentiality GDPR EDI Health & Safety and AML policies.

Requirements

Proven expertise in all aspects of residential conveyancing.
Skilled in managing high-volume fast-paced workloads and meeting tight deadlines.
Strong record of building lasting client relationships and achieving billing targets.
Sound technical knowledge across a varied residential property caseload.
Excellent communication organisational and administrative skills.
Self-motivated able to work independently and collaboratively.
Proficient in IT with solid financial awareness.
Good understanding of AML and GDPR obligations.
Alignment with the firms values and ethos.
Satisfactory references and pre-employment checks (credit ID DBS etc.).
