Job Description:

Collaborate with developers operations and security teams to design and im-plement robust secure and scalable infrastructure and systems

Automate the deployment scal-ing and observability of applications and services

Continuously improve and optimize the perfor-mance availability and security of our systems

Work closely with the SRE team to design and im-plement deployment pipelines incident response and recovery plans

Continuously improve and optimize the performance availability and security of our systems

Join an on call schedule to pro-vide support and after-hours maintenance of supported systems and services

Qualifications

5 years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles in an Automation environment

Strong experience with con-figuration management tools (Ansible and YAML preferred)

Strong experience with containeriza-tion and orchestration (Docker Kubernetes OpenShift)

Strong experience with observability and logging tools (Dynatrace Elasticsearch Cloud Watch)

Strong experience with scripting and pro-gramming languages (Python Bash PowerShell JavaScript)

Strong experience with security and compliance in a financial institution or other regulated industry

Strong experience with Git Ops including Continuous Deployment tools

Expertise with Git tooling and practices GitHub Preferred

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) with a strong understanding of SOLID design principles and API design and implementation

Experience with ITIL processes in-cluding Problem and Change Management Configuration and Release Management

Must have experience in Financial Industry

Must have strong communication documentation and ability to provide coaching to team members

Applicants with bachelor degree in Computer Science Soft-ware Engineering or related fields preferred

Required Skills:

Hands-on working experience architecting Guidewire ClaimCenter solutions including customization and integration. Guidewire certification is a technologies of interest: Guidewire Cloud Salesforce CRM legacy modernization and AWS. Proven knowledge & architecture experience in architecture (digital / digital marketing / micro / macro / monolithic services APIs) application integration service-oriented architecture event-driven architecture application architecture distributed architecture data architecture and experience with modelling languages & techniques. Can quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies. Can understand the long-term (big picture) and short-term perspectives of situations. Strong technical background (platforms languages protocols frameworks open source etc.).Experience with architecture frameworks (TOGAF) & architecture certifications a in engaging and supporting claims teams and understanding their day-to-day operations in the P&C insurance space. Open and clear connect with the business telecom infrastructure security audit vendors and software engineering. Driven by challenges and proactive and a motivation for on security standard methodologies and understand the impacts it can have on a working in a constantly evolving technological excellent teammate who demonstrates leadership. Comfortable speaking with all levels of the organization and different audiences.
