Context
Role sits within the Digital Technology team supporting leadership and project teams across data AI software development and legal/sustainability tech initiatives.
Hybrid role combining team assistant duties with project coordination and technology facilitation.
Replacing a current team member who is leaving to start their own business.

Typical Day
Organizing team events (e.g. Happy Fridays barbecues speaker sessions)
Supporting leadership meetings with action tracking and structure
Facilitating internal projects (e.g. stakeholder engagement communication training)
Ensuring compliance (e.g. training completion system reviews audit actions)
Acting as a trusted point of contact for the team
Occasional administrative tasks (calendar catering travel etc.)
