Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Join We Are BMF a global integrated creative marketing agency as a Data Entry Administrator in a fully remote this remote role you will work from your remote workspace while supporting remote and on-site teams in managing data entry and administrative workflows. Youll be integral to our remote operations helping ensure that both remote and on-site stakeholders have accurate information when they need it. This remote-enabled position offers flexibility autonomy and the opportunity to contribute to campaign success from a remote setting.



Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high-volume data entry and administrative support tasks from your remote workspace including logging project details updating records and managing spreadsheets.

  • Maintain and organize digital and physical information systems in a remote work environment; ensure records are accessible to both remote staff and on-site personnel.

  • Verify data for accuracy completeness and consistency collaborating with remote teams and on-site staff to resolve discrepancies.

  • Assist in developing and maintaining remote- friendly filing systems and documentation templates across remote operations.

  • Prepare and distribute administrative reports summaries and correspondence remotely supporting project managers and departmental teams across remote and on-site functions.

  • Work with remote and on-site colleagues to support scheduling document retrieval and workflow tracking that spans remote and physical infrastructure.

  • Identify opportunities for remote workflow improvementsuggest and help implement remote-friendly tools processes and protocols.

  • Ensure data security confidentiality and compliance protocols are maintained across remote and on-site systems supporting archive readiness and audit-ability.




Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or certificate in business administration records management or a related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support data entry or records management; experience in remote workflows or remote roles is a strong plus.

  • Excellent proficiency with spreadsheet tools database management and digital document systems; comfortable working remotely and leveraging remote collaboration platforms.

  • Strong organizational skills exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a remote work setting.

  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote workspace free from distractions; able to sustain remote productivity.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skillsable to coordinate with both remote and on-site team members effectively.

  • Self-motivated disciplined and capable of thriving in a remote role with minimal supervision.

  • Familiarity with data security version control and remote document-management best practices.

Required Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; an Associates degree or certificate in business administration data management or related field is preferred. Proven experience in data keying data entry or clerical support; experience working remotely and within remote workflows is strongly preferred. Strong typing skills keen attention to detail and high accuracy in both numeric and text input. Proficiency with spreadsheet software database entry platforms and remote collaboration tools. Ability to work independently from a home office manage tasks in a remote setting and maintain focus in a remote work environment. Excellent organizational and communication skills capable of coordinating with both remote and on-site team members. Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace free from distractions. Familiarity with data confidentiality version control and remote data management best practices.
