Job Summary

This is a remote position.

As a Remote Data Entry Typist at Colour Line Hair Studio you will support the studios operational backbone by performing accurate data entry and maintaining pristine records in a remote setting. Youll act as a key link between the in-salon experience and the digital systems that keep everything organised from client appointment logs and service histories to retail inventory and vendor information. Your attention to detail will help ensure that the studio continues delivering top-tier guest experiences while maintaining smooth data workflows.

Required Skills:

High School diploma or equivalent required; certificate or coursework in business administration data management office technology or a related field is a plus. Previous experience in data entry administrative support or remote office operations; experience in a salon retail or service-industry setting is advantageous. Excellent typing accuracy and attention to detailable to maintain high levels of accuracy in data entry. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets comfortable navigating databases or software systems; ability to learn new tools quickly. Strong organizational skills ability to manage multiple tasks meet deadlines and work independently in a remote setting. Good written and verbal communication skillsable to follow up with team members clarify data points and provide updates. Reliable remote work setup: stable internet connection quiet workspace self-motivated and comfortable working virtually.
