Job Summary
This is a remote position.
Join our dynamic team at Laka Group SRL as an Online Data Entry Specialist in the Civil Engineering industry. You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date data for our projects ensuring smooth operations and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data in online databases and systems
- Verify accuracy of information and resolve any discrepancies
- Organize and maintain electronic files and documents
- Generate reports and analyze data as needed
- Collaborate with team members to support project requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in data entry or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office and data management software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus
- Knowledge of civil engineering terminology is preferred
- Experience in working with technical data is an advantage
