Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities
Installs maintains and repairs piping systems fixtures and appliances in residential commercial and industrial environments managing water supply and drainage.
Interpreting blueprints executing routine and emergency repairs substituting damaged pipes and fixtures conducting leak tests and ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
Installation: Set up water gas and various piping systems in addition to fixtures such as sinks toilets bathtubs and appliances including water heaters and dishwashers.
Repair and Maintenance: Fix leaks unclog drains address faulty fixtures and replace damaged pipes.
Inspection and Testing: Evaluate plumbing systems for safety and compliance with codes and check pipes for leaks.
