DescriptionJOB OVERVIEW
Responsible for the administrative duties of the Chief Steward/Stewarding Manager
- Provide administrative support to the Stewarding team ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Collaborate closely with the Stewarding Manager and Chief Steward to uphold Ritz-Carlton standards and establish operational benchmarks.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of hotel-related information including correspondence reports and files.
- Monitor and manage the calendars of the Stewarding Manager and Chief Steward.
- Track trace and file documents systematically.
- Organize the workstation and consistently prioritize tasks to ensure daily objectives are met efficiently.
- Handle requisitions and track purchases including CAPEX items.
- Process expense claims including medical and optical reimbursements.
- Support Human Resources-related activities and documentation.
- Manage casual labour requisitions and approvals.
- Oversee and manage the Stewarding outsourced contract.
- Oversee and manage the Stewarding Inventory
- Collaborate closely with the Learning and Development team to coordinate training programs for the Stewarding department.
