An exciting opportunity is available for a passionate and experienced Centre Director / Nominated Supervisor to lead a vibrant early learning centre in the beautiful South Coast region of NSW.

In this leadership role youll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements supporting staff development and building meaningful connections with families and the local community.About the Role
As Centre Director you will:
- Lead and support a dedicated team of educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care
- Ensure the service operates in accordance with the National Quality Framework Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations
- Build strong collaborative relationships with families staff and external stakeholders
- Oversee curriculum delivery staffing enrolments and daily centre operations
- Support professional development and performance of educators
- Maintain compliance documentation and risk management standards
- Promote a nurturing inclusive and child-focused learning environment
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Current Working with Children Check First Aid CPR Asthma & Anaphylaxis training
- Experience as a Nominated Supervisor Centre Director or 2IC
- Sound knowledge of EYLF NQF and the Assessment & Rating process
- Strong leadership interpersonal and organisational skills
