Job Summary
As an intern in REFASH you will function as a full member of the team and achieve business objectives through your daily responsibilities. You will play a key role in building REFASHs branding.
Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting trend research and creating engaging social media content aligned with the brands messaging across platforms including Instagram TikTok Xiaohongshu (XHS - Rednote) Facebook and the website.
- Head community management on TikTok including responding to comments and DMs.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to develop creative briefs copywriting (for social media posts ads and emails) and the monthly content calendar.
- Generate leads for partnerships and collaboration opportunities (i.e. KOLs UGC creators and brands).
- Support other ad-hoc marketing initiatives as needed.
Qualifications :
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written.
- A natural passion and enthusiasm for fashion and social media.
- Creative editing skills (CapCut preferred!) and confidence in being in front of the camera for content creation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required. Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong asset for supporting China-related content.
- Available to commit to full-time internship for 6 months.
Additional Information :
- Preferable interns that able to commit for 6 months (months and above can be considered)
- RM1000 monthly allowance
- Hybrid working arrangement ( 3 days office 2days home) but at time require to work at Refash stores in Klang Valley. HQ is based at the Gardens Midvalley.
- General working hours is Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm)
