Life Insurance Administrator

As a Life Insurance Administrator you are responsible for supporting our Life Insurance Producers in delivering exceptional post-sale service to ensure long term retention.

Here is what a typical day looks like

  • Supporting Sales Producers with processing client documentation completing carrier requirements and communication and actioning post-sale updates and revisions
  • Ensuring accurate records in EPIC and completing all EPIC related processes
  • Adhering to service level agreements in terms of timely and accurate service delivery ensuring any and all-time sensitive matters are addressed promptly
  • Engaging in projects and initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational excellence

The value you bring

  • LLQP License Required
  • Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs
  • Professional written and verbal communication
  • Working experience in EPIC an asset

Hours: 37.5 hours/week

Location: Remote in Canada

Salary Range: $51000 - $65000
