Your key responsibilities include:
- Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms with first class service
- Set up and present orders according to our standards
- Support the mise-en-place preparation for room service
- Communicate professionally and kindly with our international guests
- Assist with special requests and forward concerns to the appropriate colleagues
- Collaborate with kitchen and housekeeping to ensure smooth operations
Be able.
- Ideally youve gained first experience in service or room service career changers are welcome
- Youre motivated reliable and enjoy working in a team
- You have an eye for detail and a strong service mindset
- You speak German or English additional languages are a plus
- Youre eager to grow and become part of an international hotel team
