Production Planner

What Youll Do

• Plan for performance: Build and maintain efficient production schedules that meet customer demand inventory targets and operational capacity;
• Stay ahead of the curve: Anticipate production needs by analyzing sales forecasts order trends and market insights ensuring agility and responsiveness;
• Drive collaboration: Work closely with production teams to reduce downtime remove bottlenecks and optimize use of labor and materials;
• Support continuous improvement: Track production metrics solve disruptions quickly and lead process enhancements to support growth and efficiency.

Qualifications :

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in Operations Management Industrial Engineering or a related field;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning;
• Strong command of MRP/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel;
• Sharp analytical thinking a hands-on approach and excellent collaboration skills;
• Knowledge of the manufacturing sector is a plus;
• Experience in tracking and acting on performance indicators.
