In this role you will lead a dynamic team of three Instructional Designers while driving strategic learning initiatives across APAC markets. Sitting within the APAC Enablement Team Content & Adoption you will oversee our APAC Content Platform and deliver high-quality culturally-appropriate learning solutions that drive measurable sales performance improvement across APAC.
Success in this role means building high-performing teams delivering impactful learning experiences through multi-modal learning solutions and ensuring training is measurable for ongoing coaching and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mentor and manage a team of three Instructional Designers
- Provide strategic direction for instructional design concepts that are suitable across APAC markets
- Create culturally appropriate multi-modal learning materials addressing performance gaps
- Execute hands-on design and development of high-impact learning experiences
- Contribute to the strategy and optimization of APAC Content Platforms
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional collaboration
- Design comprehensive evaluation frameworks to measure impact of training
Qualifications :
Skills and experience
- Experience in instructional design learning development or related field
- Team leadership and workflow management experience
- Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging learning materials across multiple modalities
- Experience working with subject matter experts to extract complex information
- Understanding of APAC regional differences and cultural considerations preferred
- Proficiency with learning design tools and technologies
