Job Summary
AHRC NYC is holding a HIRING EVENT with ON THE SPOT JOB OFFERS! for Full and Part-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSP) for multiple Bronx residences.
PAY RATE: $20- 21.36 per hour depending on driving addition this position comes with a comprehensive Benefit package which includes FREE MEDICAL INSURANCE! See below for additional Benefit information.
DATE & TIME: Thursday November 6th from 10AM-1PM
LOCATION: Recruiter will provide specific address for qualified candidates.
POSITIONS TO BE FILLED:
Day & Evening shifts (Full & Part-time): 7am-3pm 2pm-10pm & 3pm-11pm....(40hr - 16hr per week)
Deriver license Required for all positions and Weekend availability needed for most positions!

- The oversight of all safety and health considerations
- Promoting skill development interests and hobbies
- Assisting with Adult Daily Living skills (ADLs)
- Other personalized responsibilities including cooking cleaning hygiene etc.

Qualifications :
- Personal or Professional experience supporting People with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) preferred.
- Professionalism; integrity; excellent communication skills. Patience is a MUST!
- Willingness to support peoples preferences for community activities work leisure activities the exercise of their rights various settings.
- Ability to use a computer for data entry.
- High school education/GED highly preferred.
