As a Housekeeper you will:
- Consistently meet quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of all assigned rooms.
- Achieve a productivity goal of 12 credits per day with credits assigned based on the size and type of service required.
- Deliver to our guest rooms free of critical defects by maintaining a unit inspection score of 90% or above adhering to the resorts established guidelines.
- Perform room cleaning tasks including stripping units removing all trash and cleaning various areas such as bathrooms kitchens living rooms closets and decks.
- Utilize equipment and supplies responsibly following established procedures to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Immediately report any lost and found items.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and be willing to assist with other duties as necessary to support the team.
- Contribute to the overall success and excellence of our housekeeping operations.
Qualifications :
- Must be able to lift 35lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Westgate Resorts is a Smoke and Tobacco-Free workplace.
- Required to pass a background check drug test and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
