AECOM Boston Buildings Places is seeking an Architecture Intern. We are an engaged energetic collaborative award-winning studio with projects in aviation transit federal/state/local governments science/technology and higher education.
The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
- Performs a variety of assignments designed to develop professional work knowledge and abilities requiring application of standard techniques procedures and criteria in carrying out tasks.
- Performs entry level work including occasional field work.
- Follows instructions to accomplish tasks assigned by senior staff.
- Meets required schedules while producing quality work.
AECOM Boston architectural practice includes aviation transit research/science higher education and federal/state/local government projects. It is a dynamic fast-paced design environment client-focused and collaborative. Recent projects are multiple-award winners. We regularly work with other practices on the East Coast and are home to the regions urban design leaders.
Qualifications :
Minimum Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree in Architecture
- Must have completed 2 years of study
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs and Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to work on multiple fast-paced projects and documents
- Ability to follow direction and manage specific tasks to completion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Portfolio submission required to demonstrate skill set
Additional Information :
- Relocation is not available for this position.
- Due to the nature of this work U.S. Citizenship is required.
