Job Summary

Overview:

Responsible for leading operations recognizing areas for improvement within our existing/expanding business and managing the client stakeholders for one of the global top 5 executive search firms.
Must be able to identify and implement necessary changes to enable business to perform to its optimum ability.
Performing a challenging and diverse role responsible for overseeing all areas of a business implementing any operational changes and delivering measurable improvements.
Must review new and existing processes resources and systems making and overseeing any changes.
Key - Should have a strong Ops planning & management experience with excellent understanding of Research and Data Insight.
Being proactive analytical solution oriented creating frame-works and someone who has worked on large data sets quantitative data analysis and insights.
Key Responsibilities
Market & Executive Research: Conduct in-depth research on executives leadership teams companies and industries to support growth initiatives strengthen client partnerships and enhance market presence.
Data Insight & Analytics: Analyze large datasets to identify patterns trends and predictive insights around executive movements leadership changes and industry shifts.
Visualization & Reporting: Develop dashboards visualizations and periodic reports using tools like Power BI to communicate insights effectively to internal stakeholders and clients.
Proactive Intelligence: Design processes to continuously monitor gather and refresh data on executives and leadership trends; proactively surface insights and opportunities.
Collaboration: Partner with consultants practice leaders and business development teams to embed data-driven insights into client pitches search strategies and thought leadership.
Technology Enablement: Work with platforms such as Power BI Snowflake and CRM systems to improve data flow accuracy and usability.
Innovation & Best Practices: Bring in best-in-class research methods frameworks and visualization practices from market research or consulting backgrounds.
Team leadership & operations
Manage mentor and grow a team; build succession and capacity plans.
Standardize methodologies for primary/secondary research
Own intake scoping and resourcing; set SLAs prioritize pipelines and balance near-term requests with strategic initiatives.
Establish QA frameworks peer review and calibration to ensure accuracy completeness and consistency.
