Food & Beverage opportunities (Part Time or Casual)

We are excited for new Food & Beverage Attendants to join our fast paced and dynamic Food & Beverage department just in time for summer with the rare opportunities for those specifically wanting roles in:

• Breakfast Waiter
• Barista
• Bartender

PART TIME AND CASUAL POSITIONS AVAILABLE.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Delivering warm and friendly service while working across The Green Dining The Car bar Conference & Events and Oasis Pool Bar.
• Order taking while maximising sales opportunities through knowledge of product and suggestive selling
• Work as part of a focused team living the culture of guest passion and excellent service.

Qualifications :

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Excellent communication skills and a high standard of grooming and personal presentation
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience with a friendly guest focused attitude
• Availability and flexibility to work shifts across Monday to Sunday including early mornings and late nights and Public Holidays
  • A specific need to be available to work across the upcoming December and January period
• Currently hold or able to obtain a QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
• Experience within a hotel or resort restaurant bar or banqueting department(s) will be highly regarded
• Unlimited work rights in Australia. The Resort is unable to offer Sponsorship for this position.
