Reporting into the Senior Director of Onboarding and Implementation your role will be integral to introducing customers to Xplor Growth (formerly Brandbot) and future products in the Growth and Operations suites. You will work closely with small local businesses to some of the largest fitness brands globally. 

Youll be the first point of contact for new customers on Xplor Growth understanding their operations and strategic needs and ensuring their success from day one. Youll also be responsible for configuring their accounts conducting basic setups and training. 

The Onboarding team collaborates across multiple divisionsCustomer Success Strategy and Supportmaking teamwork a key part of this role. Some of the other responsibilities include:

  • Deliver top-tier services in the boutique fitness industry to drive customer satisfaction product adoption and retention. 
  • Support the development of a high-touch product by automating marketing consulting at scale. 
  • Efficiently implement services with accountability and a customer-first mindset. 
  • Follow clear delivery procedures for Xplor Growth customers. 
  • Combine SaaS expertise with consulting knowledge to address client needs. 
  • Ensure consistent efficient work while maintaining high-quality customer service in a remote fast-paced environment. 
  • Program automated email campaigns including setting up merge tags and creating campaign segments. 
  • Set up customer waiver templates and program automated communications. 
  • Create brand-specific landing pages and forms. 
  • Project manage the onboarding process for multiple clients at once.

Location: You can work fully remote in this position provided you have eligible working rights in the United States and you are in a time zone with enough overlap to collaborate with your team.

- The average base salary pay range for this position is $60000 to $65000

- May be considered for a discretionary bonus

Required qualifications for this role:

  • Experience with marketing automation strategy and execution. 
  • A passion for helping customers and a customer-first mindset. 
  • Extensive experience with service deliverables ideally within Xplor Technologies or similar platforms. 
  • Expertise in implementing strategic visions and best practices. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent client-facing abilities. 
  • High ethical standards empathy humility and strong listening skills. 
  • Passion for fitness health and wellness and alignment with Xplors vision. 
  • A keen understanding of the latest digital marketing trends and tactics. 
  • May be eligible for a discretionary bonus

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience. 
  • 2 years of experience in marketing automation. 
  • 2 years of experience in the fitness industry (or related). 
  • 2 years of experience in Consulting Professional Services or a related function.
