Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital Technology Lead AI Solutions & Multimodal AI who is innovative collaborative and impact-driven to join us in our DT Tech Strategy & Solutions team based in our HQ in Anderlecht Belgium.
About the role
You will play a key role in shaping UCBs global AI strategy by designing and implementing advanced AI solutions. Your work will enable multimodal capabilities integrating text image audio and structured data while ensuring ethical and responsible AI practices. This is a global role with significant impact on UCBs digital transformation and patient-focused mission.
Who youll work with
You will be part of a dynamic team driving UCBs digital technology strategy. Youll collaborate with data scientists engineers and business stakeholders across global functions to deliver innovative AI solutions that align with compliance security and strategic goals.
What youll do
- Design and deliver AI initiatives from prototype to full-scale solutions
- Lead development of multimodal AI capabilities across text image audio and data
- Align stakeholders on AI strategies and ensure value-driven outcomes
- Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for UCB
- Promote AI adoption and awareness across the organization
- Coach junior colleagues and manage external contractors
Interested For this role were looking for:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years experience in AI application development and software engineering
- Expertise in predictive prescriptive and generative AI solutions
- Hands-on experience with Python graph/vector databases and agent frameworks
- Strong knowledge of agile product management and iterative development
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to ethical AI practices
