Job Summary

Customer Service Representative Starting salary: 25100 plus additional benefits.

Our standard full-time contracts are for 35 hours per week (with options for part time working).

Flexible shift pattern between 08:00 18:00 Monday Friday. Weekend overtime may be required.

A bit about the job:
Youll be the friendly voice and helpful guide for our customers whether its through secure messaging phone calls or Live Chat. Youll help them feel supported and confident in their journey with Aviva. Your work will help us retain valued customers and welcome new ones. Youll be part of a team that puts people first and delivers great outcomes every day.

Skills and experience were looking for:

Great communication skills and a passion for helping people.
Comfortable using digital tools like Live Chat and secure messaging.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay positive.
Experience in customer service is helpful but not essential.
A team player whos ready to learn and grow.

Starting salary: 25100-plus additional benefits.
