Role: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: New Castle PA

Your Impact:

Lead facility maintenance and repairs

Uphold schedules maintenance budget and plan equipment building and staffing needs

Ensure building and equipment cleanliness standards are met and maintained and oversee custodial team

Manage HVAC plumbing electrical and fire safety systems and keep technology up to date

Assist Maintenance and facility management team in working with contractors vendors address maintenance and emergency situations promptly

You have demonstrated experience in maintenance and workload planning
