FIXED TERM CONTRACT FROM NOVEMBER 2025 IN PARIS
Are you a seasoned campaign management professional with a passion for beauty and a knack for global coordination Filorga is seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Campaigns Manager to join our Global Communications team. This is an exciting 8-10 month contract (CDD) opportunity starting November 2025 based in Paris France.
About the Role:
As a Global Campaigns Manager you will be instrumental in streamlining and enhancing the efficiency and collaboration of our global campaign planning execution and reporting. Youll work closely with key stakeholders across innovation trade marketing scientific communications press relations social media and our creative studio to develop and adapt compelling campaign concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
Process & Strategy: Define document and implement a comprehensive scalable process for end-to-end campaign management covering planning brief development creative production and media planning. Manage the global campaign development and deadlines.
Coordination & Stakeholder Management: Act as the central point of contact for all campaign activities coordinating input and feedback from diverse stakeholders. Lead regular status meetings and oversee the creation distribution of campaign assets to local markets.
Execution & Reporting: Create and manage detailed project plans and timelines proactively identifying and mitigating risks. Develop and deploy 360 content toolboxes for local markets. Collaborate on budget tracking to ensure alignment with approved plans.
What Were Looking For:
4 years of experience in project management and campaign coordination with a strong preference for experience in the luxury beauty or skincare industry.
Proven experience in a global or multi-market role demonstrating effective cross-cultural and time-zone collaboration.
Expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Strong leadership organizational and interpersonal skills. A proactive problem-solver with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
