Quality Manager Consumer Brands Manufacturing Full-Time Nationwide Search
Northwest Talent Solutions (NWTS) has been engaged by a global consumer products leader to identify an accomplished Quality Manager to drive manufacturing excellence across its growing Consumer Brands division.
This role is ideal for a proven quality leader who thrives on process improvement team collaboration and building systems that ensure exceptional standards in manufacturing and hygiene operations.
What Youll Do:

Lead and oversee all plant quality systems ensuring compliance with ISO standards and customer expectations.

Collaborate closely with Sales R&D Purchasing Engineering and Manufacturing to maintain product and process integrity.

Develop and maintain audit readiness for external regulatory and customer audits ensuring zero disruption to operations.
-
Drive continuous improvement initiatives corrective actions and preventive measures using data-driven analysis and root-cause methodologies.

Champion hygiene and quality culture across the organization coaching teams promoting accountability and ensuring product excellence.
What You Bring:
Bachelors degree in Engineering Quality or related field (required).

10 years of progressive experience in Quality or Hygiene Management within manufacturing or consumer goods.

Expertise in ISO SPC/SQC Lean Six Sigma and process improvement tools.

Strong leadership and communication skills with experience managing cross-functional collaboration.

Quality certifications (ASQ Six Sigma ISO Lead Auditor) preferred.
