Job Summary
Join our dynamic healthcare team in Burlington as a CT Supervisor. We are seeking an experienced radiologic professional to lead our CT department ensuring high-quality patient care operational efficiency and staff development. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor CT technologists fostering a culture of excellence and patient-centered care
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory safety and quality standards
- Coordinate daily CT operations including scheduling workflow and equipment maintenance
- Collaborate with radiologists and medical staff to optimize imaging protocols and patient outcomes
- Participate in strategic planning and process improvement initiatives for the CT department
Qualifications
Required
- Graduate of a Radiologic Technology program accredited by CAHEA or JRCT
- ARRT or NMTCB certification with advanced CT credentials
- Minimum of five years of progressive experience in CT imaging
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Willingness to relocate to Burlington Vermont
