Job Summary
Role Overview
The HVAC Maintenance Technician is responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems including PACU and VRF units ensuring smooth operation and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
-
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC systems.

Independently replace compressors and system components.

Inspect calibrate and repair control systems for PACU and VRF units.

Maintain system performance records and report issues promptly.

Ensure compliance with health safety and quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience
-
ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical discipline.
-
5-8 years of experience in HVAC maintenance (not construction).
-
Skilled in PACU and VRF troubleshooting compressor replacement and control systems.
-
Good command of English (spoken & written).
Contract: 3 Months
