Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and experienced QA/QC Engineer to join our team for ongoing oil & gas and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have solid experience working with QatarEnergy projects and a strong understanding of quality control inspection procedures and project specifications in the EPC environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures and inspection plans in compliance with project requirements.
- Review and approve ITPs method statements and material submittals.
- Conduct site inspections coordinate with clients and subcontractors and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor welding coating hydrotesting and fabrication activities for compliance with approved procedures.
- Manage NCRs corrective actions and quality documentation.
- Support project teams during audits surveillance and handover documentation.
- Ensure compliance with QatarEnergy and international codes and standards (ASME API ISO etc.).
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Civil or related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5-8 years experience in QA/QC roles within oil & gas or industrial EPC projects.
- Previous experience in QatarEnergy projects is highly preferred.
- Certified in ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor; additional certifications (CSWIP NDT Level II BGAS etc.) are an advantage.
- Strong understanding of QA/QC documentation testing procedures and project handover requirements.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
