About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Alternative Investment Operations Director - Derivatives Services to join our clients Global Business Services this role you will lead the Derivatives Operations Support and Solutions teams across Asia North America and the UK ensuring accurate timely and high-quality delivery of services. You will also oversee the Securities Lending function within Global Wealth and Asset Management (GWAM). As a senior leader you will drive transformation and change initiatives strengthen operational risk management and elevate service delivery standards. You will play a key role in building scalable processes developing talent and aligning global operations with strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead global Derivatives Services teams in delivering high-quality operations and support across multiple regions.
• Drive transformation automation and change management initiatives to improve scalability and efficiency.
• Oversee operational risk ensuring strong governance audit readiness and business continuity.
• Manage service delivery performance cost transparency and client satisfaction through effective KPI and SLA management.
• Foster a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous improvement within a 30 member global team.
• Coach and develop managers to enhance team capability engagement and professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance Business Management or a related field; professional designations (CAIA CFA FRM) preferred.
• 10 years of experience in financial services with deep expertise in derivatives operations collateral management and trade support.
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial role and 3 years at Director/AVP/VP level leading large cross-regional teams.
• Proven experience in transformation projects automation initiatives and cost management.
• Strong understanding of derivative products (Swaps Options Futures Forwards) and their operational workflows.
• Excellent leadership stakeholder management and communication skills across global teams and senior management levels.
• Flexible to work across time zones and adapt to evolving business needs.
• Can start immediately if possible.
