Your Role
As a Customer Advisor you will:

Support Portuguese-speaking customers via chat email and phone
Provide accurate information troubleshoot issues and ensure excellent service quality
- Collaborate with international teams and contribute to continuous improvement
What Were Looking For

Fluent Portuguese (C2) and good English (B1/B2 or higher)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
