As a Customer Advisor you will:
Support Portuguese-speaking customers via chat email and phone
Provide accurate information troubleshoot issues and ensure excellent service quality
Fluent Portuguese (C2) and good English (B1/B2 or higher)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Motivation to work in a multicultural environment
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
