Position: Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM)
Location: On-site in Athens Greece
Start Date: 24 November 2025
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 18:00

As a Customer Success Account Manager youll ensure our Spanish-speaking and English-speaking clients achieve their goals maximize value from our solutions and have an exceptional experience every step of the way.

What Youll Do:

Serve as the main point of contact for Spanish and English-speaking clients.

Build and maintain strong client relationships understanding their goals and challenges.

Monitor client success adoption and engagement to ensure maximum value.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and proactive solutions.

What You Bring:

Fluent Spanish and English (spoken and written).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in customer success account management or client relations.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently.
